During my time as a cybersecurity research assistant at Prairie View A&M University's College of Business, I had the privilege of collaborating with a team of exceptionally skilled professionals in the cybersecurity field. My role involved staying on the cutting edge of technology by reading and analyzing articles on cybersecurity and technological advancements. I summarized these articles and provided the insights to my manager for potential publication. A significant portion of my research focused on the impact of AI on business intelligence tools and the future economic implications of these technologies. In addition to research, I assisted students enrolled in cybersecurity and business management courses, helping them stay on track with their studies. This often involved collaborating with my manager and professors to ensure students had the necessary support and resources. One of the key technical tasks I performed was assisting students with the installation and configuration of Virtual Machines and cybersecurity-related software, including Kali Linux, Wireshark, Eclipse, and more. One of the most rewarding experiences was working with a team to create a comprehensive presentation on how ChatGPT and other Large Language Models generate advanced intelligent responses. This presentation was showcased at the International Information Management Association Conference 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At Prairie View A&M University's College of Business, I collaborated closely with the System Administrator to address and resolve support tickets submitted by faculty. For more complex issues, I escalated them to the appropriate departments while keeping all affected parties informed and offering assistance as needed. Balancing this role with my responsibilities as a cybersecurity research assistant required efficient time management and prioritization. In addition to ticket resolution, I provided employee training for faculty on new technologies and security protocols. I also handled software installations under the guidance of the System Administrator and performed troubleshooting for computers and other classroom hardware. Throughout, I ensured that all tasks were completed in alignment with university standards and policies.
